We no longer have to remember to create a new fund because it is January 1st or July 1st. Placing the current year, fiscal year, or school year in the Fund Name is not necessary. Contributions to funds are recorded by dates. Pledges, fees, campaigns, tuition, and budgets will also be managed by dates. You can match contributions to pledges through date criteria of reports in Gabriel. Let us know if you need more detail. 2021 Parish Support can be just Parish Support for the fund name.
If you have like funds by year - Gabriel can combine them into one fund to be used going forward.
