The Parish Annual Report asks for four pieces of information:

  • Parish Information: Parish Name, email, phone, etc.
  • Registered Families and Contributors
  • Sacraments (Baptisms, First Communion, Confirmation, Received into Full Communion)
  • Funerals


We asked parishes to run the PAR Part 1 and 2 reports, compare the numbers to their registers, and if they are off, run the PAR detail reports and determine whose sacrament records need to be added or updated in the ChMS system. The report numbers need to match the list of names in the parish sacramental registers.
