Parish Annual Report (starts at minute 5:00)

  • The Diocese will review ChMS data for each parish and provide a parish "report" in our Survey Tool using a drop-down list.
  • Each church will provide approval or disagreement for each data point within each category.
  • The Diocese will work through any discrepancies with parishes, using the same ChMS reports as by the parish.
  • Expect to see an email from the diocese around Sept 1 to begin completing the survey. Results should be submitted by mid-Sept.

Exploring Member Explorer (starts at minute 29:11)


  • Learn to use the Member Explorer default layout
  • Review the default filter options and learn to select specific filters.
  • See how to customize and save your layouts (you can have multiple layouts!)
  • Discover which columns are critical to view.
  • Are there columns missing or enhancements required?
  • Compare the old Classic version of “Member Search” to the new “Member Explorer”
